The inspiration

On a hot day in May 2013, during my yearly trip from the south of Portugal to the South of Spain, I bumped into a lost baby boar and his unlikely friend, the Podenco dog. This brief encountered inspired me to write a children´s storybook called Djabali and Andalu. We met on this road, lined with a wall of cacti.
